Unfortunately it seems you copy and pasted the text from the Czech government website to the article. We don't do that on here.

Ok, sorry I will not do it any more. In fact I think the whole article does not meet standards for notability. I would suggest deleting it. Corejec (talk) 12:36, 11 July 2013 (UTC)
