I want to write an English version of an article in French that already exists on the French wikipédia. I can't find any information on how to do this. Coralroot Coralroot (talk) 10:56, 11 August 2017 (UTC)
- WP:TRANSLATE (and more specifically WP:TFOLWP) contains the relevant guidelines. Basically you would create the page as new article, but for attribution purposes, you need to make sure you tag it with an edit summary and use the
{{Translated page}}
template on the talkpage. Yunshui 雲水 11:46, 11 August 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Béatrice Galinon-Mélénec, from its old location at User:Coralroot/sandbox/Béatrice Galinon-Mélénec. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. KGirl (Wanna chat?) 22:43, 16 August 2017 (UTC)

Please help me with creating an infobox for my article on Béatrice Galinon-Mélénec. Also, how to add a photo. Also how to add a logo.
Coralroot (talk) 15:46, 25 February 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Coralroot, for the infobox look at Template:Infobox scientist - you can start by copying the "Blank syntax" and adding sourced info, or deleting irrelevant parameters. For images they must be uploaded WP:UPIMAGE (copyright allowing). A logo can only be uploaded as Wikipedia:Non-free content but would not be applicable for an individual. Hope that points you in the right direction, ask again if you need further help. Cheers KylieTastic (talk) 17:10, 25 February 2018 (UTC)
