DRI - high content food choices
[edit]Please see this discussion on the Talk page. Specifically, the USDA nutrient tables are where one can specify a sorted listing of nutrient contents among all foods in the database, using this USDA URL. One has to select from the pick lists: 1) choose a nutrient, 2) use the "All foods" subset, 3) ignore "Food groups", 4) sort by "Nutrient content", and 5) measure by "100 g". That is what was done in a previous edit to select foods based on the highest contents listed by the USDA. If you want to make changes, please use the quantitative values in the tables. Thanks and good luck. --Zefr (talk) 22:57, 25 December 2017 (UTC)
