Regarding Mariam-uz-Zamani’s article recent edit
[edit]Hey, I have noticed you have made many conducive contributions on Mariam Zamani's page, thank you. I wanted to discuss two edits with you. Firstly you made a few revisions to her name changing it to Harka bai from Mariam-uz-Zamani. I can see how that would have been relevant as those incidents were of the timeline when she did not hold Mariam-uz-Zamani's title however it is imperative that we keep her page in synchronization. There are many empresses and emperors who have been throughout mentioned by their titles just to provide an even outlook to our readers for example Mumtaz Mahal and Nur Jahan. This is simply for providing consistency to her article. Secondly, I noticed you made changes to Benedict's incident. Was->had been, was utterly unnecessarily as on Wikipedia it is yes mandatory to provide information strictly as per references but we simply don't state the reference unless the incident is specified in quotes. The incident must be written in our language and preferably not in the past perfect tense. Therefore stating it in the simple past tense is preferred as it does not fall under the category of copyright from any author's work. About Akbar's absence from court. Salim's arrival to her aid in any way cannot insinuate Akbar's absence from court as it is likely possible was Salim was in the nearest possible place from her mother and was in every capacity to assist her. Salim again repaying her debt doesn't imply Akbar's absence as again Salim's funds were hefty and was in the position to pay him immediately than requiring Benedict to accompany Empress to the court and request the Emperor for repayment. It is likely possible that Salim, who was deeply attached to his mother, would have felt gravely indebted to Benedict for assisting his mother and in his gratitude would have ordered him to be paid instantly than later by his father/mother given the generosity he bestowed over him when he met him. Requesting references for Jodha Bai Mahal
[edit]Hy, I have recently created a page for Jodha Bai Mahal. The page however still is in the draft because I am unable to find references to books mentioning that palace. If you know any such references that could provide some information on her palace that will be highly appreciated. Thanks Nush1125 (talk) 04:51, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
Smith , Akbar, pg 106 Reference 59(Havell book) in MUZ page : pg 120... I read in this two books... Look in JSTOR site. I read long back, but I couldn't find out now. Mostly it was residence of Akbar principle wives according to some historians as MUZ didn't get much shout out from history circles. Palace is full of Hindu influence. Paintings ,Homs etccc.. so it could be her palace only. AL Srivastava book on architecture can also found some information. ContinentalXtra (talk) 09:01, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks, I will try to look in these books. I know that is the issue, historians have ignored Mariam Zamani gravely though the entire palace is full of Hindu elements. A tulsi math, Lord Krishna paintings on walls, a temple inside the palace. I have a very strong reference from book Akbar by Muni Lal, searching for some more. JSTOR site does not have any information on this palace. Nush1125 (talk) 09:41, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
You are welcome. You are right. No info is in JSTOR. I just checked. Oxford encyclopaedia of women in world history had mention about palace in FS. For now only these. If I found any books I will inform you.. Thank you ContinentalXtra (talk) 10:04, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
- Can you please give me link to this book mentioned in this url on this blog?

- If I get the archieveorg link to this piece, we can easily link it to Jodha bai mahal draft. Nush1125 (talk) 12:13, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
Never mind, I got it and finally got the article published. Please you too have a look at it, Jodha Bai Mahal and let me know if any piece of information can be added to it. Nush1125 (talk) 17:50, 28 September 2022 (UTC)

Requesting references
[edit]Hi, I wish to ask you whether you know any references for the information about Mariam-uz-Zamani fixing the marriage of prince Salim to Man bai. I know very few. In case you have read it please let me know, Thanks Nush1125 (talk) 08:50, 23 October 2022 (UTC)

Mariam-uz-Zamani page editing
[edit]Hy, I have been noticing you making many changes to Mariam Zamani's page which are truly appreciable. I just wanted to give you a heads-up to do nothing that would put that page into a biased notion of administrators. I have already been notified by several editors to mute the excessive praise tone of her page. Making the separate section of places, palaces or mosques which already have a separate page would make things worst and might jeopardize the entire page and it will eventually be pulled off as per Wikipedia policies. Please be careful about what you update. Do not create excessive sections in the autonomous sections for different things that would call in for administrator's interference and would di no good to Mariam Zamani's page. Unfortunately, I'll be removing some of the things that you added to give her page a passive tone, especially the separate sections which already have an independent page on Wikipedia. Rest please continue your good work, I truly love your additions. Thank you Nush1125 (talk) 15:41, 6 January 2023 (UTC)
Ok. Suggestion noted. I will discuss it with you whenever I want to make separate sections of the MUZ page, if you are ok with it. ContinentalXtra (talk) 04:16, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
