O RLY?

Very good spamming. Bravo. Having fun in Belfast? Regardless, our edit-war appears to have ended. Happy cease-fire? --Comrade438 03:05, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Comrade,

While I'm not sure if the AIPAC stuff is relevant, adding the CAIR stuff wasn't really a good idea, as frustrated as you may have felt, and could be construed as a disruption for the sake of making a WP:Point. In general, you should try to stay away from edit-wars, and engage in discussion (as frustrating as this may be at times), and beware of WP:3RR. Cheers, TewfikTalk 16:24, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

European Union as an emerging superpower

[edit]

If you think that ther's bias in the European Union as an emerging superpower article, please don't be shy edit it.Orelse simply admit that you have no basis for what your claiming(on the talk page).--Pixel ;-) 23:52, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, but I do. Its’ fairly simple to see in political and macroeconomic terms the West – America and Europe – will be replaced as the dominate sphere of influence in the future. There is simply nothing of current trends that would suggest otherwise, unless India and China both erupt in massive social chaos or suffer tremendous economic decline, I’m afraid. Further on the point of Europe. While a noble endeavor (the EU), Europe still has a considerable distance to go as far as unification goes; given the rejection of the Constitution I doubt this is a disputable point. Should a more centralized institution arises within, say, twenty years, the realities will still be fundamentally different from that of the current. Following Wikipeida’s own PPP projections, China will have usurped the West and America’s lead over the EU will have widened. Claiming that the failing wretch mass of the West will somehow reinvent themselves to outdo China’s rise is simply not a reasonable opinion given current trends. I’m not sure what I ought to admit to; Pax Americana is on its’ last legs, nor will Europe be the usurping power this time around.

... and the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America will lead to a vast American-controlled economic and military juggernaut spanning Canada, Mexico and the United States. We all have our dreams of fancy, though at the moment neither are based in truth… for now. Comrade438 02:45, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
