Your contributions to improve this article are most welcome. These would be even better if you include citations for your information. Your recent edit regarding the formation of the congreation is a case in point. You are of course refering to the congregation when it was based in Renfield Stret, before the move to Great Western Road. --Stewart (talk) 16:32, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
- See Dr Gordon's description of St Mary's on the St Mary's website, history section, which has a transcription of his article published in 1873. Roger.
- PS See also article on "John Fullarton" to which I have added information about his sightings in Glasgow. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Clydekelvin (talk • contribs) 17:21, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
- The St Mary's web site - History and Buildings: talks about the foundation of the congregation in 1689. This is why I am unsure about your date of 1715.
- Please also see Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church as John Fullerton is not wikilinked there. --Stewart (talk) 17:36, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 22:28, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
