About the neutrality tag I've added to this article: phrases such as "have alarmingly risen in recent years" and entire paragraphs of § Ideological framework display heavily biased perspectives on the subject, especially when those perspectives are not supported by sources. These need to be rewritten or removed entirely. Let me know if you have any questions! (please mention me on reply; thanks!)
