Speedy deletion of Patriot High School

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Patriot High School requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Cheers

[edit]

Hey, you created a new page on a high school... why not keep it up? If someone wants to delete it, follow the instructions on the page and use the "hang on" phrase -- it doesn't have to be deleted. If you do start messing though, you'll get blocked within a very short time. Have fun, Berg Drop a Line ޗ pls 23:34, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. TigerShark (talk) 00:01, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome... er, once the block expires

[edit]
You have been temporarily blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

This is a 15 minute block, just to give you the time to read the welcome message that follows. This place has rules and stuff, and if you don't follow them you tend to get your stuff removed and yourself blocked from editing. Naturally you have to know the rules before you can be certain you aren't breaking them - following the links in the welcome message lets you do that. I hope you do stay, once you get the feel of the place. LessHeard vanU (talk) 00:05, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
