You have good, clear information here. It looks like you have more interesting information on color symbolism than the original article itself had. I liked the bullet points that had several meanings/associations for each color. You did a nice job adding on to what the article originally said, while providing interesting new information. Also, you stayed neutral and unbiased. Skepticon26 (talk) 19:55, 27 October 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, Your topic is interesting and you have a good information about each color. Your last point to add pictures or painting as examples, is a great idea. My suggestion is that you should start to cite or add reference for all the information that you have.Purple563 (talk) 17:16, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Claire.pixie,
You have a pretty good lead talking about color symbolism, Its easy to understand and very interesting of how you set it up. Also I like the idea about adding pictures with each color, that would really help with connecting about the symbolism of each color. But something you could add it dividing each color into there own sections, so they are have there own space and not clustered together. Also expanding on each color about if they have a place they represent as well and expanding on each color in general if you can. One way you could do a picture connecting to the color is having something that the color represents, or a picture showing what it represents or just a picture of the color.

[edit]Hi, Claire!
You've added a good breakdown of some different meanings of specific colors in particular. This is a useful addition to the article. I am definitely curious to see where you got this information, though--do you have sources to link to these meanings? As you continue revising this, you might consider asking/exploring/researching some of the following to expand on what you've already drafted: --are there specific fields, faiths, mythologies, etc. where color symbolism is particularly important? --in what specific ways is color symbolism used? Are there things in advertising, city planning, clothing, or other areas where you can find information about this coming into play? --what is the history of attaching meaning to colors? have commonly accepted color meanings shifted over time? (I'm thinking of how the Victorian-era baby colors were pink for boys and blue for girls and how those have flipped...is this an anomaly, or are there other examples like it you can find?)
I look forward to seeing your additions, and please let me know if you have questions about citing your sources! Nicoleccc (talk) 23:08, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
