Pulse shape discrimination
[edit]while your article is a good start, I feel it is currently far too restricted. In a quick search I found some existing discussion in DEAP and Neutron detection#Gated pulse extraction which should be included. There are also connections to Proportional counter. Last, but not least, the integrated pulse is commonly used to determine the energies of x-rays in EDX, I could not quickly find a good WP source.
