Question About RAM Section

I just added some additional information regarding RAM, please let me know what you think about the added columns. I have a question regarding the DRAM row. From what I know about RAM, there are two main types: Static RAM (SRAM) and Dynamic RAM (DRAM). Synchronous Dynamic RAM (SDRAM) is a type of DRAM most commonly used in computers for what we consider memory. SRAM is used more often in CPU caches, but is much more expensive because the memory settings can persist after the RAM loses power (basically an array of flip-flops).

So I propose removing the DRAM row because it seems redundant, or incorrect. However, it's possible that you mean EDO DRAM, which is an older technology. I read the $100 computer page you referenced, and it definitely is confusing what type of memory they are speaking of, because they could mean EDO DRAM, SDRAM, or DDR SDRAM.

I have a large amount of practical experience with RAM, especially in older computers. I'll try to post more information later, but please let me know what information is appropriate, and if possible, disambiguate the DRAM row.
