I would like to create an article on WOW, an american boyband. There is not currently an article about them but when I type wow into the search, they appeaar. However the text appears in black rather than red or blue. So it is not allowing me to create an article. Please could you either tell me how to create an article on them or can you make it so that I can create a page on WOW. Thanks.

The page WOW already exists - it is a common term so you would need to disambiguate in the title, for example WOW (band). Personally I would recommend that you start by making smaller edits to existing articles before creating a new one. That way you can take time to get to grips with how things work round here.
