Need an Editor

The text at issue in Carbon cycle is not quoted. Much of the text is modified, and in any case, text used this way is subject to subsequent modification by other editors.

If you look, for example, at the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, it states:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

The Wikipedia explanatory essay on copyright violations and plagiarism states:

It is acceptable to copy text from public domain sources or those that are explicitly licensed under a compatible licensing scheme. However, if you decide to do so, a dedicated attribution template must be used, and it's simply not enough to only mention the references and use inline citations.

However, sofar you seem to have added only one attribution back, and are using a template that does not seem to allow you to indicate the text has been modified. There are four more attributions you have yet to restore. In addition, there is a sixth attribution which I restored myself before coming to you about the others. The template you are using does not seem to allow appropriate acknowledgement when the text is modified. But that is a separate issue, and I'll try and get that addressed elsewhere.
