Draft notes

Hi! I have some notes for you on your draft. So far this generally looks good - just remember that you don't have to completely re-write a section if it just needs updating, such as the fares section. With that all you need to do is just update the numbers if that's all that needs changing. Also, just be cautious of typos and the like as well. I did some small editing for flow and to catch a typo.
