[edit]

This image, could you provide better data about it? I can read the titulary of Thutmose all over it, but it would help if I knew where it was found. ThanksThanatosimii 03:38, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Image:NefertariOfferingToHathor.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I8 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is available as a bit-for-bit identical copy on the Wikimedia Commons under the same name, or all references to the image on Wikipedia have been updated to point to the title used at Commons.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:NefertariOfferingToHathor.JPG|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. - Icewedge (talk) 04:51, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NowCommons: Image:Deir el-bahri temples.JPG

[edit]

Image:Deir el-bahri temples.JPG is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:Image:Deir el-bahri temples.jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all MediaWiki wiki's. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[Image:Deir el-bahri temples.jpg]]. Note that this is an automated message. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 13:36, 16 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
