Edit warring on Imageboard

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Imageboard. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Turbocat404 (talk) 01:10, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there, Chewwy225. It has come to my attention that you and Turbocat404 have been engaging in edit warring and so forth. You already have passed the 3RR limit, and I would like to assist you and Turbocat404 as a mediator. Care to talk? Please reply on my talkpage. --Ecstacy Xtcy3 03:10, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why have you warned CourtneyXY for advertising? Maybe I missed something but I do not see any reason for the warning. If the warning is in error please remove it. If you did it maliciously it was a personal attack on another editor with is completely unacceptable. SpigotMap 18:19, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I was just watching the edit war and curious as to why you warned them. I didn't see any edits where that particular editor placed any spam links but I must have overlooked it. Abusing warning templates is against policy and any editor can get involved. SpigotMap 19:30, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thanks for clearing that up, even if they were warned 10 days after the incident. Have a good one. SpigotMap 04:45, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That isn't how it works. you will need to add the proper info and more than likely a FUR. Shoot me a message if you need a hand.Cptnono (talk) 23:59, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I was going to copy the Fair Use Rationale and poster template over from File:Operation titstorm.jpg but I could not find where the image was previously since http://payback.pcriot.com/ does not look to be up. Was the image something quasi-official or was it something one guy posted on a message board? tieve.tk showed the Pirate Bay like image that could work also.Cptnono (talk) 00:32, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Funny stuff right there. It wasn't working when I attempted it this afternoon but looks good. The only question now is if the image of the ship is more representative. Let me know and I wil get it all straightened out later tonight.Cptnono (talk) 01:02, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It is redirected to the suspended page at this time. No big deal. Can do it for the Anon image.Cptnono (talk) 03:39, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah: this seems to come up more so it might identify the subject better. The info used on the other one can be copy and pasted over. Cptnono (talk) 23:49, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Kick ass. The 275px parameter can also be reduced or removed if you think it is needed. Cptnono (talk) 03:36, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
