Tiberius

Hi,please correct me if I am mistaken, but I think Tiberius died in his 78th year. Being born in November of 42 BC and having died in March 37 AD, he had turned 77, i.e. completed his 77th year. Thus, he was in his 78th year: 42 years before plus 37 years after the birth of Christ, minus 2, as he had not completed his last year and there was no year zero. Yupanqui (talk) 12:14, 11 October 2017 (UTC)

@Yupanqui: You are right. I was working on the number of birthdays rather than years of his life. So you are correct regarding the calculation. I will revert my change. Thanks --Chewings72 (talk) 06:57, 12 October 2017 (UTC)

Hephthalite Empire

so strange: in the first paragraph is "unnecessary", but in the forth one still necessary… Regarding the year: in the historical article is the first binding of chronology is badly needed! -- wishing you happiness and hope for your understanding ·1e0nid· (talk) 10:04, 12 October 2017 (UTC)

@·1e0nid·: Greetings - As a general convention in all Wikipedia articles, names related to articles only need to be linked the first time they are used in an article (see MOS:OVERLINK)and years do not need to be linked at all (see WP:YEARLINK). Information icon Hello, I'm Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi. An edit that you recently made to Wars of the Roses seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! — fortunavelut luna 06:45, 10 November 2017 (UTC)

@Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: Thank you for your comment on my triple reverse somersault edit. I have accepted your comment as being well intended, but please note that I have been editing Wikipedia for a long time and, normally, know what I am doing. I just had a change of mind as to which side did in fact win the Battle of Bosworth. So sorry about the confusion. At this stage, I have no plans to demote myself to the sandbox :) --Chewings72 (talk) 08:42, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
Get ye back in your cage! I do apologise, Chewings72, for failing WP:DTTR. What was your thinking then, re. who won Bosworth? ("1485 And All That"!) I hope you're keeping well. Cheers, — fortunavelut luna 09:05, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
@Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi:Thank you for your response. I wish other editors were as pleasant as you have been to interact with. All is well on the Aussie side of the world. All the best to you! --Chewings72 (talk) 09:35, 10 November 2017 (UTC)

Hi, don't revert the stable version as the discussion is still ongoing and editors involved have not come to an agreement yet. Your opinion is welcomed on talk page. Cheers. Ktrimi991 (talk) 19:50, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
