your draft for "small data"

Hi Chen. Please, allow me to make some general remarks about what you have done for your wikipedia article about small data until now:

The article is very well structured. But for me (as an outsider in this field) it does not yet become quiet clear what small data exactly is/are....
It is good to see that your referencing is working, already! But please, put your references in a separate paragraph at the bottom.
We originally planned that you create your concept in your sandbox. Perhaps you can move the text?
Do you plan to integrate your text in the existing article about Small data?
Do you want to further elaborate on the “Characteristics”? If not, it is perhaps better to integrate this in the first paragraph.
It would be great if you could add some wiki-links in your text. Not too much; but now there are too few, I think. So in the first place: Big data, of course, but also governmental organization, health care, etc., etc.
The next important thing from a Wikipedia point of view is to embed your text in the broader Wikipedia, by adding links to it in existing articles. See e.g. articles in Category:Big data.
