Overall a good article with logical organization. I know you haven't really touched the history section but I feel like the two sentences on brewing could be rearranged so that the second actually comes first. (not a huge deal) Also some things could be briefly expanded on - for example, heterogenous vs. homogenous catalysis. The main section of Advantages of chen-enzymatic synthesis is looking good - you might want to add in some sources for the first two points in particular (you might have this planned anyway) but otherwise it's informative and accessible. The Asymmetric biocatalysis section could be broken into two sub-headings of Kinetic resolution and biocatalysed asymmetric synthesis, which would hopefully allow you to expand on this section more directly + provide a good placement for your diagram.
