Wikidata IDs

Sure, I just need a little bit of help from you. I have seen dumps of the data but I wonder if it is not possible to simply "ask" for all the Q11173 "chemical compound"s and then I find them in Cheméo based on InChI/SMILES/CAS. If you can provide me with the right place to learn about the API with maybe a simple example I can start from there. The first contact with Wikidata is hard! Thanks a lot! All the instances of chemical compounds (this can export a big list of Qxxxxxx, then I will spider them slowly or use the API to find the matches in Cheméo and link them). ChemMeyer (talk) 19:21, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
