Section 1 In my view, the sandbox is suitable enough for the first-time users to understand the general concept as well as more detailed information of MOT. The presentation is excellent and professional. The group does a great job in explaining the way to construct the MO of H2. The explanation is illustrated very clearly. However, my advice is to put more examples of the heteronuclear diatomic diagram (such as CO, H2O or CO2) for more advanced idea of this theory. Regarding the logical flow, it is reasonable and easy to follow topic by topic. The length of each part is adequate. Each particular session is equal-emphasized and contains the right amount of detail. All important terms are already linked to other respective Wikipedia page which helps the user to find more knowledge related to the topic. However, there are some mistakes in the text such as in some parts, the subscripts have not been corrected such as dxy, dxz, etc. Each figure should be numbered as Figure 1,2,3,…so that it will be easy for the users to follow what is going on while reading the text. In the figures under the titles of “Creation of a Molecular Orbital diagram” and “Applications of Molecular Orbital Theory” should be bigger, but the first figure of the topic “Interactions contributing to bond formation” is very impressive and well-qualified. The website satisfies all the assigned criteria with 5 figures, 9 sections and 16 references which are more than the minimum requirements in all areas. The references contain both textbooks and journals that allow the users to find more knowledge and further information in this topic.

Section 2 I am very impressive of your work. The way you demonstrate the general idea of MOT and the way to explain more detail the depth is excellent. I believe that this will be definitely helpful not only for users who are just looking for the overview, but also for ones who are looking for well-explained lesson in MOT. There is no specific section needed to be replaced because everything is in order and well-organized. I hope that my comments are useful for you.
