From the information you provided, it looks like your sources don't actually support the claim that Ruth called the shot. You either have to do further research (I bet this would be mentioned in Babe Ruth's biographies), or you need to add language to the article saying that this story is unconfirmed or disputed. The Lead

Your lead is a good start, but it reflects some of the weaknesses in the article. The article has a major problem: many of the sections are about dental care in general, having nothing to do with Australia, and they read like a tutorial. The only relevant sections are "Statistics" and "Fluoridation," and those are the sections you should summarize in your lead. Revise the lead and email me when it's ready.
