I'm new to Wikipedia and have just contributed my first article Cejartconsulting/Mark Bryce that I was interested in moving to the live site. I read through all the information regarding request moves. I'm not sure if I added the request move in the right section. Is there any way you can confirm that the article is pending review for a Request Move?

Thank you for your assistance. Cejartconsulting (talk) 14:34, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You do not need to request a move. You can move it yourself by hovering over the arrow in the top bar and clicking Move. (N.B. I haven't looked at the article's content yet.) — Kudu ~I/O~ 15:23, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The article isn't anywhere near ready. You need to review Wikipedia:Manual of Style and Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons before moving it. ~Amatulić (talk) 20:35, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your username

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Cejartconsulting) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because appears to represent a company rather than only you as an individual. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you. ~Amatulić (talk) 20:35, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.
