Well, did it succeed? Or anyway, to what degree did it succeed? And not in the eyes of those who produced or otherwise participated in it, but in the eyes of disinterested commentators.

There's a long list of "exhibitions and events". Virtually none are referenced. They should all be referenced. Presumably some, at least, were reviewed or at least earned comments in from metropolitan, provincial or national newspapers or photography/art magazines. Summarize what was said.
