Regarding our previous discussions concerning the Sunshine Boys, please contribute to the discussion at Talk:New Girl in Town if you have a minute. Best regards, -- Ssilvers 03:29, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
I find your sarcasm on Talk:Texas Rangers to be completely out of line. Be civil, even if you disagree with another editor's comments. | Mr. Darcy talk 17:24, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- I've clearly spelled out how they're original research. You can not put your own interpretation on the statistics. Period. Familiarize yourself with Wikipedia policies or don't edit. And while you're at it, try to be a little more mature as well. | Mr. Darcy talk 17:37, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
I agree 100%. Mr. Casey Abbell is often snotty and rude. I doubt he's "abbell" to do much more than attack edits that people make to the Texas Rangers wiki. Casey, does your life consist of just attacking others? Sad.PeteO'Brien

I see that you've edited the article quite a bit before. If it seems like too much work for you, be aware that I plan to write first and then wikify later (like references, etc.). Thanks for your edits. I hope that you're enjoying this article as much as I am.VK35 02:23, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comment. I agree that the article looks unfinished but it's improving.
- Eventually, I think every fact should have a reference. Some references will be used several times and will need to be wikified. However, in the early stages (maybe passed today), if one isn't careful, deletion of one sentence with a reference will wreck havoc on subsequent sentences that use the same reference.
- Maybe a good plan would be to tag team the article. For example, I'll do a bit, lay off and let you do it. In no time, the article will be provisionally finished and just minor stuff can be fune tuned.VK35 18:05, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Yes, but don't you think we'd have a much better team if Hanks was the owner? :)

Jock Ewing
Thanks for supporting the article on Jock's painting - I appreciate your support. I own the replica painting - I had it made from Larry's original so can back up everything in the article - just not sure how. Any support you can give or help, I'd appreciate. Image source problem with Image:AliceJames.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:AliceJames.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 12:55, 6 July 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Anrie 12:55, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
Image at N. Hollywood shootout
I wanted to thank you for taking care of the fair use rationale for the infobox image at North Hollywood shootout. I've been working on other pages lately, so I had no idea that the image in question was close to deletion. So, again, thank you. Cliff smith 05:48, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (Image:L'Assommoir.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:L'Assommoir.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:16, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
The "Facts" section looks like a bunch of trivia, original research, and/or falls under Wikipedia isn't an indiscriminate collection of information. The one thing with a source was mentioned in the Nat. Geo. show that I viewed (they found the film Heat in their VCR), so I could at least try to incorporate that, but I think that everything else might need to go. What do you think?
