Administrator note On top of the issues identified in the above block notice, it looks very much like this user gamed getting the autoconfirmed right (after I declined to grant them the confirmed right earlier today at WP:PERM [1]) and as soon as they had it, began spamming immediately, so gaming the system should also be addressed in any request for unblocking. Thank you, I have tried to move the article in the Wikipedia en español but that option is not available under tools. When I went in to translate this article to english it said I was blocked.
