I am declining it a second time because you made no substantial changes to the submission to address the issues previously raised. I am also declining it and asking that it be deleted from Wikipedia altogether because it is a copyright violation of this page. Except as noted below, Wikipedia cannot accept text that is copyrighted by others except for short quotes that are in quotation marks or otherwise clearly marked. It cannot accept close paraphrases either, unless they are short. Both direct quotations and closely-paraphrased material must be properly cited.

I saw your contested-deletion notes and was trying to remove the request for deletion when an administrator deleted the page. I have asked him to restore the page, but left him the option of leaving the older revisions deleted until the copyright issues are squared away. I declined this submission and requested that it be deleted from Wikipedia altogether for the following reason:

We cannot accept copyrighted content taken from websites or printed sources. Note that copyright protection is granted to all works automatically, whether it is asserted or not. Unless stated otherwise, assume that most content on the internet is copyrighted and not suitable for publishing on Wikipedia. Copyrighted content can be cited as a reliable source if it meets Wikipedia's guidelines; however, your submission must be written in your own words, and in continuous prose.

The copyright-related comments I made above to your other submission also apply to this one.

In addition, please read WP:Notability and WP:Notability (organizations and companies) to determine if this organization even qualifies to have an article in Wikipedia.
