Please be careful when adding references. Always choose reliable sources. I reverted your edit to ETA (separatist group) because the source is self-published. I was able to find a direct quote from Wikipedia, which itself is not a reliable source. Both Google's 'About this book' and the book's Amazon listing have a list of pop culture trivia rather than a serious table of contents. Even the title of the book, Global Secret and Intelligence Services II: Hidden Systems that deliver Unforgettable Customer Service is unlikely.

I know Wikipedia can seem overwhelming at first. Help:Getting started has lots of helpful links, and the Teahouse is a great place to go when you have questions.
