Chicano is a term used mainly forand by people of Mexican ethnicity that were born in the United States. Latino is used for basically anyone from Latin America which would be all spanish speaking countries in North, Cenrtal, & South America. People in Spain would be called Hispanic. So i think i am against the merge idea, but i left your post since there were no merge tags on the pages. Quickmythril (talk) 21:45, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
E field is at a maximum when the B field is at a minimum only for electromagnetic standing wave and not for traveling electromagnetic wave. This common misconception occurs when one sees from the Maxwell's equations that changing E causes B and changing B causes E, but if one looks closer then one sees that E changing in time causes B changing in space and vice versa. --193.198.16.211 (talk) 01:12, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
I noted the question in your edit summary and thought I should explain, rather than just rudely reverting your change. According to the policy about self-publication at WP:SPS, websites where people can post any opinion they want don't qualify as reliable sources -- and, strangely enough, that includes Wikipedia. Hope this clears that up for you; if you have any questions, I'm at your services. Accounting4Taste:talk 21:09, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply. I agree with what you say. I think I was confused because the original comment said something about spam, and this did not look like spam to me. CallipygianSchoolGirl (talk) 01:53, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
