Erm, here, I guess. So if i leave a message on your page you get that yellow box like I did? So how did you know that I'd asked for help?

- Yes, anytime anyone other than you changes your talk page, you'll get the yellow box.
- Some helpful souls hang out on IRC, and a program tells them when someone has added {{helpme}} to their talkpage.
- Often, if you have questions about Wikipedia itself, you can search for WP:something-or-other and get something related. For example: WP:talk page Josh Parris 12:09, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
