Image copyright problem with Image:Britney_foster.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Britney_foster.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Unspecified source for Image:Sue diamond.jpg
[edit]This file may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading Image:Sue diamond.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Note that any unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. feydey 19:42, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

Your articles
[edit]Please read WP:PORN BIO before creating articles on pornographic actresses. These articles can be deleted if they don't meet the criteria. Thanks, feydey 20:50, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
Your removal of AFD notices from articles
[edit]Per Wikipedia's policies regarding articles nominated for deletion, no user is to to remove the AFD notices from the pages in question. This includes the creator of said articles. In the cases of your recent contributions on such articles like Sondra Hall and Sophie Paris, you have deliberately removed the Article for Deletion notices. I have since begun restoring them. Should they be removed again, I will be forced to block your account from editing for 24 hours. To avoid this, please familiarize yourself with the "You may edit the article during the discussion" section of the Guide to Deletion page, as well as the proper policies on editing on Wikipedia.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask myself or fellow Wikipedians at the Village Pump. Thank you. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud — WP:PORN BIO? 04:42, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
Notability of Jessica Fiorentino
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Jessica Fiorentino, by Valrith (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Jessica Fiorentino seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Jessica Fiorentino, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 14:11, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
The article Jane Darling has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Fails PORNBIO and the GNG. No awards, just nominations. No independent reliable sourcing, beyond a brief mention on a list of performers arrested for working at a trade show while on a tourist visa. No reliably sourced biographical content.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 20:16, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
Nomination of Jane Darling for deletion
[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Jane Darling is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jane Darling until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 15:27, 21 April 2014 (UTC)
