Information icon Hello, I'm Global Firepower. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Lucas Macula, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. 🔥Global Firepower🔥 (t🔹C) 11:49, 14 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at David Turpel, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. GiantSnowman 20:38, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced or poorly sourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Jordi Rubio. GiantSnowman 18:34, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, and that will be happening again, but can you tell me, what i was doing wrong about Jordi Rubio? Caber33 (talk) 19:29, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited El Hedi Belameiri, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page US Monastir. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:07, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Use of en-dashes

[edit]

Information icon I have noticed that you have used incorrect formatting on a great many edits to footballers' pages. When date ranges appear in footballer infoboxes, according to WP:FOOTY, you should use an en-dash to separate the dates in the range. So if a player played for a team from 2020 to 2022, the date range should appear as "2020–2022", not "2020-2022". The same goes if the range has no end—for example, the date range for player who joined the team in 2020 and continues to play for the team should appear as "2020–", not "2020-". Anwegmann (talk) 00:00, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Correct formatting

[edit]

Information icon You have repeatedly made edits that do not follow WP:FOOTY standards, as was the case with your edits to Benjamin Agyare. When I player goes on loan, an arrow "→" must appear before the teams name and the word "loan" in parentheses must appear after it "(loan)" in the infobox. So, in the case of Agyare, the "clubs5" line should have read "→ KF Drenica (loan)". Instead, you only put "KF Drenica (loan)", which is incorrect. Anwegmann (talk) 00:09, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stats

[edit]

Stop adding "3 May 2023" to the player's infobox if the player's team still have to play their match later today, use the date of the last match played, you did this with several teams already, for example you updated all Celje players to "3 May 2023", but they still have a match later today. Metalist Players

[edit]

Sorry if you've been getting revert notifications. One of your changes failed verification but I eventually realized the info came from soccerway, rather than the article's primary source which I guess is out of date. Either that or soccerway includes games that haven't happened yet, but if it's good enough for WP:FOOTY it's good enough for me. Cheers —Rutebega (talk) 00:31, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Updating players

[edit]

Hey man. You're doing a good job with all the player updates, but can I ask you to also add the new club category when you see that player changed club? Thanks. --BlameRuiner (talk) 05:42, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

What do you mean by "new club category"? But yes, ofc Caber33 (talk) 11:14, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
See this for example: [1]. Scarlatache went to the new club Argeș Pitești, so now he needs a category Category:FC Argeș Pitești players added to his page. --BlameRuiner (talk) 11:53, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, i will do that (Y) Caber33 (talk) 11:59, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Language code for Swiss High German

[edit]

Hi – you've been adding a lot of references in Swiss High German recently and marking them with language=ge. That's not a valid language code. The language code for German is de, and the one for Swiss High German is de-ch. I replaced ge by de-ch in some of your recent edits, but I wanted to let you know so I don't have to keep doing it :-) Joriki (talk) 22:13, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ohh thank you :-) Caber33 (talk) 11:51, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Spanish players update

[edit]

Hi! When updating an article, please remind to check if the team have a squad template. That's the case of CF Rayo Majadahonda, CD Lugo and SD Ponferradina; even if they are not in the top two tiers, they have a squad template. A good way to check this out is to take a look at Category:Spanish football squad navigational boxes. Cheers, BRDude70 (talk) 03:26, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Scores: larger number goes first

[edit]

Hi Caber33. Thanks for the caps update at Tom Trybull. Per WP:FOOTY consensus, for match scores the larger number goes first, so always 2–1 instead of 1–2. I've reverted that part of your change at Tom Trybull. Kind regards, Robby.is.on (talk) 22:33, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
