Helpme question

Hello, I started an account because I noticed there was no page in English on Giacomo Debenedetti and, having just read October 16, 1943, wanted to add one. I regret to say, it didn't occur to me to look for a page in Italian. What is a suitable way to have a stub in English, with a link to the Italian page?
