Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles, as you did with Carnegie Council. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. I placed it there and yet you still deleted it. This place is nonprofit, nongovernmental. They don't sell anything, just a message, just like the United Nations. Why is it being deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by CCEIA (talk • contribs)

Firstly, you placed the hangon template here, I removed it because it was the incorrect place to do so. Secondly, I placed it in the correct place for you (on the article's page). It was the decision of an administrator to delete the page after that. You then recreated the article (most likely didn't realize that the article was deleted while you were editing and did not read the "are you sure you want to recreate it?" page). I have therefore put the repost template to indicate that the page was once removed per deletion policy and should not be recreated in identical form. Finally, please be aware of the autobiography policy. Your username suggests some form of involvement with CCEIA and you are trying to create an article about them (even down to using possessive adjectives in the text). As a follow-up, please use the red link in the "hangon" template that you added to the article and describe why you feel it would be improper to delete the article. Ok this does help. Thank you. And I was trying to see how the template looked because I initially took some info from their page (hence the posessive adjectives). It had been created long ago and not updated. I'm just trying to add information and links so people interested in talking about international affairs in terms of ethics know they have a place to go.
