Still debatable...
She still represents a real person/artist.
There's artists on here who arent nearly as popular, but have pages.

Awful quick
[edit]You tagged Conrad Lynn all of 1 minute after I created it. Notability is established by the Harvard Crimson citation which I was in the process of adding. Also his papers are at the Boston University archives . Any chance you'd take the tag off? -- Ong saluri (talk) 03:42, 13 May 2010 (UTC)
I have removed your A7 tag from this article as schools are specifically excluded from A7 speedy deletion. To quote the criterion, it applies to "An article about a ... an organization (e.g. band, club, company, etc., except schools)" (my emphasis). I have instead redirected the article per WP:OUTCOMES. [edit]Who says Sober Spike is my band?
Actually . . . the fuckers just deleted my e-mail account because I was sending e-mails to people about it EAN biatch . . . I wonder if they would have deleted it if I was making up conspiracies about irish people . . . I strongly doubt it
I'm talking about my e-mail account . . . they deleted my e-mail account. I don't care about wikipedia. And it doesn't change the fact that EAN is only on the back of books written by jews. Am I not allowed to point that out? All my favorite artists and writers are jews, I'm just saying that it's a little conspicuous that they should have that symbol on the back of their books, and that it has nothing to do with the publisher but is strictly due to the fact that the author is jewish. Look into for yourself . . . You're studying to become a journalist? Yeah, here in canada, everything is controlled by the jews. Proof? They have the star of david on our parliamentary clock. If you want a job in the media up here you have to apply for it at the Canadian Jewish Congress website (journalist? Look into it for yourself). If you would have asked me about the jews six months ago I would have had only good things to say about them, but ever since I started looking into it for myself (as opposed to commenting on things which I know nothing about), I can't help but feel a little awkward about jews. More proof that something's not quite right? Watch THIS IS IT. Pay attention to when Michael Jackson refers to his ears, the LUV? He's referring to a ringing in his ears because Barack Obama wants to be America's very first dictator. You might laugh at this but I would pay a million dollars to see the look on your face when the shit hits the fan and the NWO finally "declare themselves" as they said they would on page 495 of Graham Hancock's Fingerprints of the Gods "like the jews awaiting their Messiah." More proof? Look into the Talmud. If you're not a jew they don't view you as human. Is this not the definition of racism . . . and yet I can't reply to that bullshit just because my people didn't suffer at the hands of the nazis sixty years ago? More proof? Ali G, a jew, has an unreleased movie . . . you can't find it in store, why? Because at one point he refers to Barack Obama but the letters of his name are scrambled, and yet the film's copyright is 2006, two years before Obama was president. You don't know shit (no offense) about what's going on in society because you never looked into it, which is especially odd considering that you're a JOURNALIST!!! You should write your fucking dissertation about this shit. But then again, it would be hard for you to become a journalist if you say anything negative about the jews, because they are the ones who decide whether or not your worthy to write in their journals.

You are now a Reviewer
[edit]Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Calmer Waters 05:33, 18 June 2010 (UTC)

Victorian Industrial
[edit]Wikipedia apparently considers Victorian Industrial a "non-notable" genre. Here are a few links which claim otherwise:

Hello C1k3! Could you please have a look at the respective AfD discussion you've started? I've just voted for delete, but I'm not quite sure if the AfD nomination is still active. Should it be relisted or something? I'm not really familiar with the whole AfD process... Thank you. -- Lacrimus (talk) 23:50, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
- I've just relisted the AfD discussion and added an AfD template to the article. Let's see if it works now. -- Lacrimus (talk) 22:32, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Only the Good Spy Young
[edit]Hello C1k3. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Only the Good Spy Young, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not a very short article. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 03:32, 10 August 2010 (UTC)

[edit]With respect to Colonel "Bat" Guano in Dr. Strangelove, we don't inject opinions into articles. If you have a source which calls him dim-witted, you may include it with a citation. If you don't have a source, it's simply your opinion and doesn't belong in the article. Yworo (talk) 03:33, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
The article The Ultimate Adventure has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No sources or citations to establish the notability, fails WP:GNG and WP:NALBUMS
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. JJ98 (Talk) 02:53, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Atmospheric rock
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Mhiji 22:35, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference
[edit]Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true
. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false
in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being minor in the usual way.
For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. With the script in place, you can continue with this functionality indefinitely (its use is governed by WP:MINOR). If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.
Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 18:10, 15 March 2011 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for patrolling new pages - it's our primary firewall against inappropriate pages. I have just deleted the above page as a G10: blatant attack page and not A7 (non notable) as you had tagged it. Please be absolutely sure to read what you are tagging, and to check the creator's contributions for similar recent vandalism. Please also consider reading WP:NPP and its associated pages before patrolling more articles. Attack pages must be blanked and tagged G10, and will be deleted immediately by an administrator. Thanks. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 06:26, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
