Information icon Hello, I'm Redrose64. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Same-sex marriage, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Redrose64 (talk) 17:49, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

you put back false information of the same sex marriage article. look at what its source is my source is also addition but my addition is correct. the previous info includes USA Mexico and Israel non of whom nationally recognize and preform same sex marriage i changed it to only include the countries and states and tribes that actually do. i used the same type of source so saying you took it out because of sourcing is ridiculous. the previous info is just wrong. fix that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by C0l3rs (talkcontribs) 19:14, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The paragraph concerned the recognition of same-sex marriage, which is not at all the same thing as same-sex marriages neing performed. It is possible for a same-sex couple to marry in New York, and travel to Israel, where their marriage will be considered to be full marriage under Israeli law. False it may be (which I doubt - and that is a matter to bring up at at Talk:Same-sex marriage), but it was sourced, see WP:V. Your information was not sourced, and also fell foul of WP:NOR. Furthermore, since it was so poorly spelled, how can we be sure that the figures were not also entered poorly? --Redrose64 (talk) 19:41, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

You would need to cite independent, reliable sources (see WP:V -- the organization's own website is not independent) to show that the group meets the notability standards of WP:ORG. NawlinWiki (talk) 15:29, 11 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
