unblock| I am really sorry for what could have been understood as being uncivil. I really didn't mean to offend anyone. At the time I was quite annoyed because I thought I was being treated unfairly. After some time to reflect, I realized that my actions were not right, whatever my reasons. I want to still be part of wikipedia and want to clear my act. I will avoid userboxes and am prepared to go thru arbitration. I have nothing to lose and want a second chance. I would accept any probation that they place on me, if that's their decision

Very Mad! :@
[edit]Dude, I'm not 12. How many times must I tell you. Dude, CrnaGora@hotmail was already taken, so I picked CrnaGora12@hotmail because I couldn't pick which one to choose. Crna Gora (Talk/Contribs/Edit Count) 03:11, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
I don't believe you. Cheers. :) C-c-c-c 03:13, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

Blocked
[edit]I have blocked you for a month. You can use the time to think about your manners, WP:CIVIL, WP:NPA and WP:NPOV. --ajn (talk) 08:44, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- I have also proposed on WP:AN that you be community-banned, given that this is your seventh block in a month for abuse, trolling, disruption and personal attacks. --ajn (talk) 10:46, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
Right, well then why don't you just quickly unblock and block me a dozen more times, and and then you can say it's 20.
- There are no objections to the community ban, so I blocked you indefinitely. Sorry. You may appeal this with {{unblock}} if you have a legitimate problem. Ashibaka tock 20:45, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- You promise? If you violate this again you will be indef banned. Period. Is that clear? Sasquatch t|c 03:03, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
Hi, sorry I was busy lately. Yes, I promise not to make blatant personal attacks or to edit war again. But however, you must look at some thing. Unfortunately, Andrew Norman failed to contact any admins that blocked me or even look at the block summaries. For example I was given one block by Chris0 for 24 hours. He later unblocked me, and blocked me to decrease the same block to only 12 hours. Why does this count for two? Alai blocked me for sockpuppetry, and 3RR based on RCU, but this developed into nothing. I was accused of being the sock of a now departed user, Bormalagurski even though it was proven that me him were not the same person, and live over 2000km away. Then, Krytan, Estavisti, Bormalagurski, and I, where all being sockpuppets of one another, even though we live in 4 differen time zones and two countries. (This accusation was made by Ilir_pz but resulted in nothing once again. I must admit that the block by JoshuaZ was necessary as I had broken the 3RR rule.
User InShaneee blocked me for edit warring with another user, but did do anything to the other user, not even a warning was given. (Ferick), has mysteriously disappeared since then). I received a week for this, and then I told InShanee to take a closer look at Ferick's edits, which consist of erasing factual information and labelling it all as Serb Propaganda. A day went by and InShanee did not comment on the situation. Then I told him if he did not act fairly, that I would have the opinion of him being a racist. InShanee exploded after this, and reblocked me again for personal attacks. I told him if he did the right thing, and monitored Ferick's contributions and at least gave him a warning, I wouldn't think such a thing of him. But he did not, and I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism on his part as admins should be responsible and fair.
Afterwards, Andrew Norman blocks me for a week because of saying "Get a life" to him in Bormalagurski's talk page. He continuingly kept on harassing Boris on his user page, even though he made it clear he was leaving. He considers this a personal attack. A minute later, he unblocks me, and reblocks me, this time for one month. I hadn't made a single contribution at the time. Then he proceeds on trying to get me banned, (which he has he done successfully). Within about 10 hours, I went from being blocked to a week to getting a permanent ban, without making a single comment. I was indefinitely blocked without being able to prove my case. Wikipedia should have rules in place which let blocked users comment on Admin Noticeboards if they are personally involved, otherwise it is a one sided affair. Then I get permanently banned by Ashibaka, and here we are.
Also, userboxes were removed from my user page. I think that Andrew Norman has gone too far. I think it's unfair having my user boxes deleted when other users support violent groups and such, while I support peace. I even had, "This user does not trust the American government" erased, I mean c'mon. I also find some people can get away with racist jokes....as Norman does here. Apparently the British still think we're their colony or something.
- "Racist jokes"? I was pointing out that you're a Canadian, yet you have only ever edited articles about the Balkans. I reblocked you for a month because I took a look at your long history of abusive behaviour and decided you needed a longer period. It should be obvious to you now that nobody cares. There has been plenty of discussion on the admins' notice board, several other admins have looked at your case, and presumably checked your history, and nobody thinks you're worth unblocking. That's a community ban. Tough luck - if you'd been constructive in the past rather than just promoting Serb nationalism, you might have had a chance. --ajn (talk) 07:35, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- I've reviewed this indefinite block. It is the implementation of a community ban resulting from this discussion. I'll record the fact that you have apologised, but I don't think anyone should unblock without a review of the ban itself. I'll raise this on WP:AN. --Tony Sidaway 16:49, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

- I'd like to point out that Andrew protected my user page without any explinations, which shows that this is not about breaking the rules, it's something else. C-c-c-c added a "Kosovo is Serbia" banner to my page, which I accepted, and only moved down to the bottom of my page. Andrew deleted this and protected my page. First of all, this is not Serbian nationalism, I just think that you guys think that every Serb is a nationalist, and everything Serbian is nationalistic. The last time I checked, Kosovo really was Serbia, and nothing else. If I wrote that "Vojvodina is Serbia" (Vojvodina is the second province of Serbia), would that be nationalistic? Would writing "California is the U.S.", be nationalistic? I have left Wikipedia, but the protection of my page is an insult to me, and I feel I've been kicked out, even though I decided to leave on my own. Please unprotect my page and reinstall the banner. Thank you. --Bormalagurski 21:06, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Odd, isn't it. Bormalagurski isn't currently blocked, C-c-c-c is. The above edit wasn't made by Bormalagurski (who knows very well why his userpage was protected), it was made by someone who was not logged on, and the only other edits from that IP address (70.79.13.144) have been "do my homework" requests earlier today to the Science reference desk (C-c-c-c's only non-Balkan edits were similar requests in the same place). There is probably some sockpuppetry or impersonation going on here, and I'll be making a RFCU request in the next few days to clarify this (and other related matters). --ajn (talk) 22:01, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- You're really out to get me aren't you. I've decided not to log in anymore after I left Wikipedia, and the "do my homework" edit, yes, I posted for C-c-c-c, because he asked me to (since he couldn't, remember, he's blocked) and he has exams coming up. Well I logged in now, but this is probably the last time, and definately the last time if you unprotect my page. -- serbiana - talk 22:32, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
