[edit] Hello, I'm Dennis Bratland. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Lane splitting, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dennis Bratland (talk) 17:12, 17 December 2012 (UTC)
Yeah, Dennis. I'm not sure what you're talking about. The source states: "Lane splitting: Passing between lanes of stopped or slower-moving vehicles on a motorcycle. Not permitted in most of the U.S., it is allowed in many other countries and may provide a safety benefit. Also called 'lane sharing.'" which is what it was originally (when I proposed it on the talk page). I'm not sure where this "weaving in and out of traffic" text came from but it seems to be what is unsourced. The only time I've heard it described in such a manner, that I recall, is when referring to bicycles. But that I have no source for so I'm not sure what's going on. - You're right. I was confused; I misread your edit completely backwards. Sorry about that. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 05:17, 20 December 2012 (UTC)
Hello! There is a DR/N request you may have interest in.
