[edit]This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Defending The Caveman, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.cavemania.com/info.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot 14:01, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
Dear Bwaymogul, thank you for creating the article Defending the Caveman, as it does deserve its own article here. However, you not only violated the copyright policy above, but you do not seem to have reviewed the manual of style to create articles. So I am going to drop a quick little box to help you get some links and information regarding article creation. In the meantime, I have gone ahead and "Wiki-fied" the article, and I will be adding references to verify its notability so it is not deleted. Thanks, Ariel♥Gold 14:11, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
In addition, articles need to assert the notability of the subject. Please see our subject-specific guidelines for people, bands and musicians, companies and organizations and web content. Also be aware that if you are closely associated with the subject, (or are writing about yourself) the conflict of interest guideline strongly recommends against you creating or editing the article.
If you still think your article is appropriate, see Help:Starting a new page. You might also look at Wikipedia:Your first article and Wikipedia:How to write a great article for guidance, and please consider taking a tour through the Wikipedia:Tutorial so that you know how to properly format the article before creation. If you would prefer to get input prior to creating the article, to avoid the possibility that it may be deleted, feel free to post your suggestions at the articles for creation page. Sincerely, Ariel♥Gold 14:11, 24 August 2007 (UTC)Wiki-fying
[edit]You're most welcome, Bway! Honestly I didn't want to see that article get deleted, and it was tagged due to the copyright issues, so I felt it would be better to re-write it, there were a ton of reference sources out there, so it really wasn't that hard. I hope those links I gave you will help you in the future, and don't forget to always sign comments you leave on talk pages using four tildes (~) after your comment! Thanks again, let me know if I can do anything else for you, Ariel♥Gold 16:59, 25 August 2007 (UTC)
Signature
[edit]Hee hee, "signing comments" is hard to get used to at first, and I still forget to sign sometimes, but you have to put four tildes in a row, no spaces, like this: ~~~~ after your comments, and that's what will make your signature. Hope that helps! Also, at the top of my page is a link to "Bookmarks", feel free to use that for any resources you may need, nearly ever policy and guideline is listed there. Ciao!
