Request reason:

I confirm that this account will be used by myself and myself only. I agree to avoid creating or directly editing my organization. I did disclose as per instructions on my page that I am related to the first article, but I am not getting paid for it as it's a mission driven company to increase representation and diversity. The areas of Wikipedia I'm interested in editing and writing about is in the realm of Asian American representation and diversity issues. Thank you for your patience, as I am new to Wikipedia but I will continue to try to familiarize myself with all the rules and regulations.

Decline reason:

Whether or not you receive a salary for your employment (and despite your claim that you are not paid, I seriously doubt it), you are still responsible to abide by WP:PAID.
