I remembered uploading this image a couple of months ago because it reminded me of the old Flower Class Corvettes of WW2. File:USCGC Gentian breaks ice on the Potomac River.jpg I added it to the USCGC Gentian article you recently started.
I took the liberty of changing your lead sentence a bit. The convention is, that the title of the article should be put in to the first sentence, if possible. And it should be in bold. If the title is a ship, the ship's name should also be in italics. Our convention is that vessels, and newspapers, should always be in italics.

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, you may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia, as you did in USCGC Clover (WLB-292), makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 22:01, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
