Yearly earthquake articles

Hello. Thank you for your recent contributions to wikipedia. I hope through time you will enjoy the work that you are doing.

If you look at the yearly earthquake articles ie List of earthquakes in 1975 or more recently list of earthquakes in 2017 you will notice a template. I am making you aware because in the short term I will be finishing off the article you created for 1977. I dont want you to think your work is being discarded. You can help edit and create the yearly lists but just watch that you are keeping to the template for the sake of consistency. When I started creating the articles from 1900 onwards it was more of a list format but from this year the other editors decided that a table format would be better. Im going to go back to the earlier years and start converting them.

Drosophila sulfurigaster

I am of the opinion, having seen several of your edits, that English is not your first language? You have failed to heed advice on this subject previously. Even your edit summary at the page is ungrammatical.

If making a statement about something, you cannot start a sentence with 'was' unless it is a question. E.g. 'Was it a blue car?' You cannot say 'I saw a car' then say in a new sentence or phrase 'was a blue car'. You have to say 'It was a blue car'. In the same way you need an article in front of the genus name. The Drosophila genus. Wikilink flies redirects to Fly. I expect another editor will correct it again for you, and when they do, please do not change it back as this could be edit warring which might land you in difficulty. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
