What he left here is a Template. You should read the links that I left for you above (The welcome message) and familiarize with WP standards before making edits. Wikipedia doesn't allow for personal opinions, which is what you left in the Buenos Aires Herald page.

Saying that the workers of a newspaper are "drunk on the job", or that the lay-out of the paper is horrible, as you did is clearly out of place. If you wish to edit articles in the wikipedia, please try to be constructive, focus on encyclopedic information, and provide sources for controversial issues. Thank you, and good wiking.
