Damn you're fast

What do you think of the deal? -- Tawker 03:26, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I know. I was thinking, do you want to have a Vancouver WP meetup sometime, it'd be nice to meet in real life :) On another note, whats your msn... it's been puzzing me -- Tawker 05:23, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

I added you

Feel free to accept me :) -- Tawker 06:05, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

Scotia Tower

If I remember correctly, this request is something that does not need to go through normal Afd channels. If that is not the case, just let me know. I would like to move the page Scotia Tower (Vancouver) to its redirect page Scotia Tower per WP:NC. To have the history clean, I need the Scotia Tower deleted before I can move the page. Is this something that is easy for you to do, or should I just submit an Afd? Thanks! --Usgnus 18:23, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for your help! --Usgnus 21:48, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Moving the article.

Excuse me, I have a question about moving the article, or redirect article which means just changing name into other name. Could you explain to me how to move the article into other article in my discussion's page? Thanks you. *~Daniel~* 22:42, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

but, Some of them just moved the article without Admin's help. *~Daniel~* 22:47, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for explanation about moving the article. *~Daniel~* 22:52, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Happy birthday! I hope you have a great day!

I left you some cake, just in case.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. It's still the 26th here in Vancouver, but it's nice to get a head start. :D -→Buchanan-Hermit/?! 23:40, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

No problem: it's nearly 1am in England! EVOCATIVEINTRIGUE TALKTOME | EMAILME 23:41, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

England, huh? I'm cheering for you guys in the World Cup; I have 2 England football uniforms in my closet. :) -→Buchanan-Hermit/?! 23:43, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

That's 2 more shirts than I have!

Would you mind taking a look at Royaldutchshellplc.com? I can't decide whether it's notable enough to remain or if it just needs a good copyediting!

PS: nice user page, have you considered entering it in the user page awards? EVOCATIVEINTRIGUE TALKTOME | EMAILME 23:52, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

Wow, a close match, and a shame you didn't win! I've just finished judging the finalist pages for this round, should be an equally close match! EVOCATIVEINTRIGUE TALKTOME | EMAILME 13:41, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

RfA thanks

Thank you very much for your support for my recent RfA, which I'm quite happy to announce has passed with a consensus of 67 supporting, 0 opposed and 0 neutral. I'm glad I meet your criteria. Most of all, I'm glad you took the time to evaluate my candidacy, as I believe that's what keeps RfA running smoothly, and I'll be working hard to justify the vote of confidence you've placed in me. Please let me know at my talk page if you have any comments on my performance as an admin. Thanks! TheProject 02:21, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

P.S. You and Tawker mentioned a Vancouver area meetup sometime. Please do keep me posted.

Re: Wikibreak

Hope you're OK - things seem to be not-so-good for you today, since your wikimood is as low as it can go and you're taking a break. Sorry to hear that, and I hope it works out for you. --Ckatz 04:43, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

No problem - you do a lot around here and really enhance the community. Hope all sorts itself out for the best. I've moved your earlier reply to respect your privacy - please feel free to delete this section as well. Good luck. --Ckatz 07:18, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

BTW

I've always wondered but was too lazy to look-up - are non-Admins allowed to semi-protect pages? (I mean can I physically do that? I've tried with Jesse McCartney last week and it did not work) Mad Jack 05:35, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

So that explains it... bummer Mad Jack 05:37, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Trust me

20 is still like being a teenager. So is 30 .... :) -- Samir धर्म 06:05, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

I finished the Order of the Phoenix at a Gastroenterology conference. (And it's called RC patrol :) -- Samir धर्म 06:08, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

RFA thanks
