Everything in the article is relevant to the article topic. So far as I can see the article posted on Wikipedia seems to be incomplete. Looking at the topic Pro-independence movements in Russian Civil War, I would have thought it would have discuss and giving more information on how the Pro-independence come about.Brussellone (talk) 04:01, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
