You asked some other questions at the bottom of your draft.

• You already are a Wikipedian. The India article you refer to is probably Ganeshwar Civilzation. You can review all your contributions by clicking Special:MyContributions.
• I can't point you to any better beginner guides than the links in the welcome at the top of this page or to a better place for beginner questions than the Teahouse in the section below.
• WP:Community Portal suggest some articles to improve. Maybe that's what you're thinking of?
