Proposed deletion of Col. Gail Halvorsen Award

The article Col. Gail Halvorsen Award has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No notability for this award, no independent (non-military) sources seem to give this award much attention, the best I could find in a reliable surce was a one-line passing mention in The Arkansas Leader.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
