[edit]Hi Broutille! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |
So sorry for the rude message on Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English
[edit]Bonjour, Broutille! It looks like you're a new user here, and so am I. I just discovered some of the translation pages, here, and I couldn't help notice the reply you got for your work on Diane d'Andoins. I'm so sorry. I know I'm having a hard time learning things here, and I know that if someone wrote like that to me, after I tried so hard to do the right thing, I'd be insulted and discouraged. I thought somebody should stick up for a fellow new user, so I tried to politely give that guy a piece of my mind.
Are you French, too? Je parler et lire le français très bien, mais je jamais appris à écrire bien. Perhaps you can say the same for English. If so, perhaps we could make a team and help each other out. I can improve your English, and you can improve my French?
Regardless, I'd be glad to help you with your article and will start tonight, but I probably won't finish until tomorrow.
Don't let rude people get you discouraged. There are some nice people here, too. I hope I can be one of them.
