Please note that I spend a lot of my time looking for vandalism.. In doing so I occasionally make mistakes (nobody's perfect). If you think my reverting of your article is unjust, please let me know why.

[edit]Done Please review WP:RBK thoroughly and remember that any misuse can lead to the tools removal. Also, can you please address the image source concerns as noted in the BOT edits above when you have a mo. Any need for help just ask me! Pedro : Chat 20:42, 14 August 2008 (UTC)

Sorry
[edit]Sorry about this revert I made to an edit of yours. I was going to revert the edit made by the IP address earlier, but your edit appeared just when I pressed the revert button, and your edit got erased instead. I am very sorry about this, and also for any confusion it might have caused you. :) Chamal Talk/Sign 15:07, 15 August 2008 (UTC)
Please be careful when reverting vandalism. You reverted back to an earlier version that also had vandalism in it. JoshuaZ (talk) 16:44, 15 August 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, I wonder if I can ask you a question:
I want to add an image I found in a book(a reproduction of a 17th Century portrtait) to a wikipedia article. Is there any legal problem in doing this?. Inchiquin (talk) 04:18, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Jason Lewis (radio host)
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Jason Lewis (radio host), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Appraiser (talk) 02:46, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
- Since someone else tagged the page for deletion, and since you object, note the label phrase "or otherwise object to its deletion for any reason." You are 100% within your rights to remove the tag, so that the decision is left in the Talk page...unless you want it to be deleted automatically in 5 days by some bot ;-) -Gych (talk) 04:22, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion for User:La Pianista/blow up
[edit]After your recent post, I have decided to tag that subpage for speedy deletion. I have decided that I didn't need it much, anyways; besides, I could use some room for a sandbox on my navigation bar. :)
No hard feelings,

Global warming stuff
[edit]Hi. As we are getting pretty long-winded on the AfD page I thought I'd come here. Please be sure to read the talk page discussion about op-eds and the like. No one has yet identified a fact that relies on an op-ed source. There may be plenty of them of course, but just saying "this source is biased" is a pretty weak reason to delete an entire article. If the article hinges on non-RSes, that's a good reason to be in AfD. But as the MSM has covered this as a topic, I'm really not seeing a reason to delete (as per the previous AfDs.) Speedy delete tags
[edit]You comment here that only administrators can remove speedy tags but although lots of people think that only administrators can remove speedy tags this is not the case - any editor other than the creator can remove iy. See WP:DP#Speedy deletion. Dpmuk (talk) 16:07, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
This is not a speedy candidate, it is a page that is getting blanked by a user. Please check the page's history before nominating articles, the context was there in the history. - Trevor MacInnis (Contribs) 16:51, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
Climate change denial
[edit]No harm done. I considered making a comment below rather than editing the nom, but the implication was that the nom was withdrawn before attracting any attention, rather than after a snowball victory and an accepted counterargument. Just trying to be fair is all - I'm new to this discussion too. WikiScrubber (talk) 07:21, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
Fast
[edit]Very fast vandalism reverting using Huggle, mate! :)
Keep up the good work!
P.S. This message serves a dirty purpose too; while you are reading it, I have a slight window of opportunity to revert some vandalism myself. :P
Cheers mate!

- I respectfully disagree, I don't think the particular clause you are refering to applies to this article. 2008 Chatsworth Metrolink Collision is the title of the article, and although it could be called by other names, there is a name for the subject. -Brougham96 (talk) 13:58, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
Deletion of Steve L. Spiegel
[edit]Hello,
I'd like to contest the speedy deletion of Steve L. Spiegel. He is a prominent Middle East Scholar with a degree from Harvard and has been at UCLA for many years. He has published many articles and books and has been featured in many publications for his knowledge. —Preceding unsigned comment added by *myl2000* (talk • contribs) 17:38, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

Humphreys, Paul
[edit]Humphreys notability is clear. He is one of the pricipal philosophers of emergent properties. He is series editor of three of the most infuential philosophical journals in the world, including the American Philosophical Quarterly. EricDiesel (talk) 02:04, 22 September 2008 (UTC)
- Fair enough. The version of the page That I tagged didn't asssert notability other than the fact that he is a professor. I see you have add a good bit of content since then, so I pulled the speedy tag, as it no longer meets speedy delete criteria in my opinion. -Brougham96 (talk) 02:08, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Seriously... I don't care...
[edit]I couldn't care less of what you're doing with the TDK sequel article... I just can't understand that you refuse to let the article be, you all know that the movie is happening, why not add the friggin' article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Arman88 (talk • contribs) 18:52, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
Deletion of International Select Provider Organization
[edit]Hi, I deleted that page that i created yesterday. Please let me delete it because it's not yet finished and needs more work, I was wrong when I posted it. Thanks.--Jfaerman (talk) 11:17, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Castillion
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Mhiji 22:39, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
