Request reason:
I was just trying to update the information of the Bronx Museum of the Arts and didn't know having the Username BronxMuseum would effect me from editing the information. I would like to change my username to BxJC, thank you. After I receive my new username would I be able to update the information of the museum?
Decline reason:
I don't know why the blocking admin forgot to turn on creating new accounts, but it's now open for you to create a new username. Just logout and create a new one. This account however stays blocked.— wL<speak·check> 03:55, 17 December 2008 (UTC)

- Before another admin reviews this (I'll leave it to a neutral party), I think the user needs to address that the CoI remains despite a new username. StarM 01:15, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
